By requesting a quote, scheduling work, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
Frank and Son Glass and Window Tint of Yuma LLC provides automotive, residential, and commercial window tinting, headlight restoration, auto detailing, and auto and architectural glass repair and replacement, all from our shop in Yuma, Arizona.
Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide and an inspection of the work. They are not binding until the work is agreed and scheduled, and the final price may change if conditions differ from what was described. We keep every tint install compliant with current Arizona law and will confirm the legal limits for your glass before we start.
We stand behind our work with a lifetime warranty on all window tint we install, covering defects such as bubbling, peeling, and excessive fading under normal use. The warranty applies to the original installation by us and does not cover damage from accidents, abuse, improper cleaning, or glass we did not install. Specific warranty terms for other services are provided at the time of service. Contact us and we will make it right.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services or website is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
